According to the final ruling on the countervailing duty (CVD) order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes announced by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the countervailing subsidies received by Turkeys’ Borusan Holding were negligible, so the firm’s final net subsidy rate was 0.37%, which meant no CVD duties will be imposed. The final net subsidy rate for all other Turkeys’ producers and exporters was set at 1.18%.

The period of review covered the whole year of 2018.
