With the support of low supply and the increase of processing surcharge, the US' domestic prices of stainless steel have increased for four consecutive months.

The reason for the increased prices in the past month was low production capacity and low inventory. At this moment, the production capacity of steel mills is not good as before, and delivery will be at least 12 -16 weeks.

Some buyers have to order at high prices because of urgent needs based on strong demand from the automotive, home appliance, and agriculture sectors.
