US starts AD & CVD investigations on China’s aluminum extrusions

On March 1, 2022, the US Department of Commerce issued an announcement to start the second sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from China.

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) also published a notice to initiate the five-year reviews on subject products from China, to determine whether the revocation of the existing AD and CVD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
