On November 14, 2024, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final ruling of the first anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) sunset reviews on refillable stainless steel kegs from China and the first AD sunset review on the same products from Mexico.

According to the determinations, the USDOC would lift the AD and CVD measures on the subject products from China and the AD measures against the same products from Mexico since no interested parties in the US submitted responses to these cases.

The products involved are under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the US (HTSUS) 7310.10.0010, 7310.10.0050, 7310.29.0025, and 7310.29.0050.
