On February 21, 2022, Valin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. changed its name to Hunan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
The shareholders of Hunan Iron and Steel Group are Valin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (90.21%) and Hunan Development Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. (9.79%).
Valin Group has a production capacity of crude steel of more than 20 million tons, and the products are over 7,000 series in 10 categories, including wide and thick plates, cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets, seamless steel pipes, and wire rods.
