In order to create the synergies between production and sales of its finished products, Alro SA, a subsidiary of Vimetco N.V., announced late last month that it is going to acquire Vimetco Trading, but the actual purchase amount was not revealed.

According to the relevant announcement, Alro just paid “the assessed market value” for Vimetco Trading to Vimetco Management Romania.

Alro was founded in 1963 and is based in Slatina, Romania. After the acquisition, 100% of Vimetco Trading’s capital would be owned by Alro. Vimetco Trading has been the agent of Alro for a long time.
