WTO postpones ruling on US steel and aluminum tariffs

Six countries, including China, India, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, and Turkey, previously appealed against US' steel and aluminum tariffs, and the World Trade Organization (WTO) decided to postpone the judgment until the fourth quarter of 2022 because the WTO is still proceeding due to the complexity of the issue.

The ruling was scheduled to be issued in the first half of 2022.
