Yusco & Tang Eng’s revenue grows in Oct

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), an upstream stainless steel manufacturer in Taiwan, reported that its revenue was NT$4.166 billion in October this year, hiking by 19% compared to the previous month while sliding by 26.9% from the year-ago level.

During the period, Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., another major stainless steel mill in Taiwan, posted a revenue of NT$1.216 billion, a month-on-month increase of 18% and a year-on-year decrease of 27.13%.

In the first ten months of this year, Yusco’s accumulated revenue dropped by 6.7% to NT$46.28 billion, and Tang Eng’s revenue decreased by 15.6% to NT$11.84 billion, both year on year.
