Yusco & Tang Eng’s revenue hits new high in Jan

Due to the increasing international nickel prices and higher prices of stainless steel products, Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco) and Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., two leading stainless steel upstream suppliers in Taiwan, had a good performance in their revenue in January.

Among them, Yusco posted its revenue of around NT$3.72 billion in January, a month-on-month increase of 4.12% and a year-on-year hike of 8.2%. The figure hit a new high compared to the past 14 months.

Tang Eng’s January revenue reached around NT$1.06 billion, a month-on-month increase of 24.39% and a year-on-year surge of nearly 33%, hitting a 16-month high.
