Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), a leading stainless steel mill in Taiwan, reported that its revenue totaled around NT$6.616 billion in May, increasing by 22.8% compared to the preceding month and growing by 36.07% from the same month a year ago. The figure hit a new monthly high since the end of 2014, mainly driven by the higher steel offers in recent months.

In the first five months of this year, Yusco’s revenue amounted to approximately NT$26.99 billion, a year-on-year increase of 30.8%.

Based on the current market situation, Yusco was expected to have a good performance this year.
