Alumina reaches contract with Lein for bauxite ore supply

Alumina, an aluminum supplier in Zvornik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, has reached a deal with the local bauxite producer Lein for the delivery of around 120,000 tons of bauxite ore in 2024.

The supply of 120,000 tons of bauxite ore was to fulfill the needs of Alumina’s plant, which mainly produces alumina, zeolite, and sodium silicates.

Lein has been a long-term partner for Alumina in supplying bauxite ore.
