Argentina initiates second AD expiry review on China’s carbon steel fittings

The Argentine Ministry of Productive Development issued an announcement to initiate the second anti-dumping (AD) expiry review on China’s carbon steel pipe fittings for butt welding, according to ASME B16.9 and ASTM A234 or equivalent standards.

The products involved are under MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7307.19.20 and 7307.93.00.

The period of the investigation is from October 2019 to September 2020, and that of the injury investigation covers January 2017 to September 2020.

The announcement comes into effect from the date of publication, and the existing AD measure is still effective during the investigation.
