Australia makes final AD ruling on mill finish aluminum extrusions from Malaysia

According to the Anti-Dumping Notice No. 2021/033 issued by the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission on June 2, 2021, the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology of Australia accepted the recommendation and reasons from the commission for the anti-dumping (AD) final ruling to impose AD duties on mill finish aluminum extrusions originating in Malaysia.

The dumping margin for LB Aluminium Sdn Bhd was set at 4.9%, and that for Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd was at 13.1%. Kamco Aluminium Sdn Bhd was assigned a rate of 13.2%.

The products involved are classified under HS codes 7604.10.00.06, 7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10, 7610.10.00.12, and 7610.90.00.13.
