China’s aluminum scrap imports grow in May

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of China, China’s aluminum scrap imports totaled nearly 140,000 tons in May, rising by 8.04% compared to the previous month and by 38.5% from the same month a year earlier.

In the first five months of this year, China totally imported around 659,000 tons of aluminum scrap, hiking by 30.2% year on year.
