China's crude stainless steel production increases in Jul

According to statistics, the production of crude stainless steel from China’s 32 stainless steel plants totaled around 2.71 million tons in July, up by 7.68% compared to the previous month and 2.00% from the same month a year ago.

Among them, the production of 200 series was 868,000 tons, a month-on-month increase of 2.42% and a year-on-year decrease of 14.86%; that of 300 series was roughly 1.39 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 12.04% and a year-on-year increase of 12.69%; that of 400 series was about 453,000 tons, a month-on-month hike of 5.47% and a year-on-year rise of 11.85%.
