China’s iron ore production hikes in Q1

According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China, China’s iron ore production reached approximately 234.5 million tons in the first quarter of this year, which hiked by 21.6% compared to the same period a year ago.

Among them, the output in March totaled roughly 81.8 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.3%.

Besides, it was understood that the import price of China’s iron ore was in going upward in April due to the good demand during the period.
