Chinese iron ore price index drops on Sep 17

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 441.93 points on September 17, which was down by 1.68% or 7.54 points compared with the previous CIOPI on September 16.
The domestic iron ore price index was 381.33 points, remaining flat compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 453.39 points, decreasing by 1.94% or 8.96 points from the previous one.
