Chinese iron ore price index falls on Aug 27

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 432.36 points on August 27, which was down by 1.12% or 4.92 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 26.
The domestic iron ore price index was 375.58 points, rising by 0.11% or 0.41 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 443.10 points, sliding by 1.32% or 5.92 points from the previous one.
