Chinese iron ore price index increases on May 19

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 350.28 points on May 19th, which was up by 1.77% or 6.08 points compared with the previous CIOPI on May 18th.

Among them, the domestic iron ore price index was 318.20 points, rising by 0.09% or 0.28 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 356.35 points, increasing by 2.06% or 7.18 points from the previous one.
