The global prices of nickel have increased for two consecutive trade dates. On July 11, nickel futures prices at the London Metal Exchange (LME) increased by US$258 and closed at US$21,839/ton.

The global refined nickel inventory stayed at a low level, so the nickel market gradually transferred to be optimistic, further making nickel price resume to the normal level.

However, the demand for nickel was still soft. As a result, nickel prices will still slightly fluctuate in the short term.
