EAEC extends AD measures on seamless steel pipes from China

The Internal Market Defense of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC) announced on August 14, 2020 to decide to extend the anti-dumping (AD) measures on seamless steel oil country tubular goods from China to May 12, 2021.

The EAEC issued a resolution on August 18, 2015 to impose a 12.23-31.00% AD duty on China’s seamless steel pipes for oil and natural gas exploration, and it reached an agreement with some Chinese companies that on AD duties will be levied companies with price commitment agreements.
