EAEU initiates AD investigation on China’s steel gate valves

On June 23, 2021, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced that it has initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on China’s steel gate valves with a nominal diameter from 50 to 1000 mm and nominal pressure from 16 to 250 kgf/cm2, following the application filed by Russian companies OMK and Gusar.

The products involved are under HS codes 8481806310, 8481806320, and 8481806390.

The period of investigation was 2020, and the injury assessment period was 2016-2020.
