EU gives notice of impending expiry of AD measure on China's aluminum road wheels

According to an announcement issued by the European Commission on May 3, 2021, the anti-dumping (AD) measure on aluminum road wheels originating in or imported from China will expire on January 25, 2022.

EU producers can submit a written request for the expiry review of AD in this case to the European Commission from the date of the publication of the notice but no later than three months before January 25, 2022.

The products involved are classified under CN codes ex 8708 70 10 and ex 8708 70 50 (TARIC codes 8708 70 10 10 and 8708 70 50 10).
