EU not to impose provisional AD duties on corrosion-resistant steels from Russia, Turkey

According to an announcement on January 26, 2022, the European Commission informed interested parties that it will not impose provisional anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of corrosion-resistant steels originating in Russia and Turkey.

The investigation was initiated last June 24 after receiving a complaint filed by the European Steel Association (EUROFER).

The products involved are classified under HS codes 7210 41 00, 7210 49 00, 7210 61 00, 7210 69 00, 7210 90 80, 7212 30 00, 7212 50 61, 7212 50 69, 7212 50 90, 7225 92 00, 7225 99 00, 7226 99 30, and 7226 99 70.

The investigation will be continued, and the European Commission asked interested parties to submit comments or questions by February 10.
