German steel sales increase in May

In May, the sales of German steel were around 868,000 tons, increasing by 3.53% month on month and slightly rising by 0.6% year on year.
Among them, the flat steel and long product sales totaled nearly 283,000 tons and about 514,000 tons, respectively.
In the given period, the German inventory of steel products was 2.24 million tons, increasing by 1.05% month on month and rising by 12.05% year on year.
