Germany’s unwrought unalloyed aluminum imports increase in 2021

According to data from the Federal Statistical Office of Germany, Germany's imports of unwrought unalloyed aluminum, under HS code 76011000, totaled 56,000 tons in December last year, increasing by 41% compared to the same month a year ago.

In 2021, Germany imported a total of 690,000 tons of unwrought unalloyed aluminum, up by 25% year on year.

Among them, 168,000 tons were from Russia, a year-on-year increase of 35%; 150,000 tons were from the Netherlands, a year-on-year hike of 52.7%.
