Global primary aluminum output drops in Feb

According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum output amounted to around 5.11 million tons in February this year, decreasing by 2.3% compared to the same month a year ago.

Among them, the output from China, the major producer in the world, was estimated at roughly 2.95 million tons, falling from 3.05 million tons in the corresponding period in 2021.
