Hindalco Industries Limited reduced its aluminium prices for two days this week by INR 8,000 per tonne in response to the current downtrend of the LME aluminium benchmark price. On June 5, the LME aluminium price shed off US$26 per tonne overnight that led Hindalco to cut its aluminium ingot selling price by INR 3,250 per tonne or 1.27 per cent to INR 252,500 per tonne on June 6.

On the same day, Hindalco also reduced its aluminium wire rod price and aluminium billets price by INR 3,250 per tonne to INR 269,500 per tonne and INR 266,600 per tonne.
