Indonesia’s nickel & ferronickel productions all reach goals in 2020

According to the report, the Indonesian official stated that the production of ferronickel, nickel pig iron (NPI), and nickel matte were exceeded the goal in 2020.

Among them, the production of ferronickel, NPI, and nickel matte were reached 1.46 million tons, 860,500 tons, and 91,700 tons, which were equivalent to the target of 112.3%, 136.9%, and 127.9%, respectively.

In addition, the annual production of nickel has also increased in 2020. The production of ferronickel, NPI, and nickel matte increased by 27%, 10.18%, and 27.36% compared with the same period of 2019, respectively.
