Iranian aluminum ingot production rises in Q1

According to statistics from the Iranian Industry, Mining and Trade Ministry, Iran produced around 36,000 tons of aluminum ingot in the third Iranian month (May 20-June 20), up by 73% compared to the same month a year ago.

In the first quarter of the current calendar year (March 20-June 20), Iranian aluminum ingot had a year-on-year increase of 63%.

The country’s aluminum ingot production from major producers in Iran amounted to approximately 275,700 tons in the past Iranian calendar year (as of on March 19).

It was understood that Iran aimed to produce 1.5 million tons of aluminum ingot per year by the Iranian calendar year 1404 (March 2025-March 2026).
