Nornickel’s main shareholders pass proposal of spin-off of Bystrinsky project

According to Norilsk Nickel (Nornickel), its major shareholders Interros, Rusal, and Crispian proposed to the board of directors to consider spinning off the Bystrinsky project (GRK Bystrinskoe) after reaching a preliminary agreement.

Nornickel’s principal shareholders proposed to allocate the whole stake in the Bystrinsky project to all Nornickel’s shareholders.

Nornickel is holding 50.01% of shares in the Bystrinsky project, and Interros and Rusal are separately holding 36.66% and 13.33% of shares.
