Romania’s aluminum auto part producer Altur initiates bankruptcy proceedings

The board of directors of Altur, a Romania-based manufacturer of aluminum auto parts, said it had authorized bankruptcy y proceedings and intended to restructure the company's operations.
The company said last Tuesday that it has applied to the Olt County court for the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, and it also announced in court its intention to reorganize the company's activities based on the restructuring plan without disclosing more details.
