United Company RUSAL (RUSAL), the second-largest aluminum producer in the world, is increasing its sales channel of low-carbon products in Asia regions due to the more urgent issue of decarbonization.

In February this year, RUSAL reached supply agreements with Japan and Taiwan’s aluminum companies.

This aluminum giant in the world signed low-carbon aluminum supply contracts with Kosei Aluminum, a Toyota-based automotive component maker in central Japan, as well as Taiwan’s aluminum alloy producer Hodaka.

Besides, RUSAL also aimed its sales expansion plan in other Asian markets, such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
