SMM A00 aluminium ingot price loses RMB10/t; China’s alumina spot price gains RMB3/t

On October 24, the aluminum price trend in the Shanghai metal market was mixed, with the price of SMM A00 aluminum ingots falling by 10 yuan/ton, closing at 18,910 yuan/ton. The average aluminum price ranges from RMB 18,890 to RMB 18,930 per ton.

Aluminum prices in major domestic provinces have fallen, with Hangzhou's aluminum prices falling the most, falling by 40 yuan/ton to 18,880 yuan/ton; Wuxi also experienced a similar drop, with a drop of 20 yuan/ton. Only aluminum prices in Foshan increased by 20 yuan/ton, closing at 18,940 yuan/ton. In addition, Gongyi, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, and Linyi all fell by 10 yuan/ton, with closing prices of 18,810 yuan/ton, 18,910 yuan/ton, 18,970 yuan/ton, 18,940 yuan/ton, and 18,940 yuan/ton respectively. RMB 18,910/ton.
