Price of steel has raised by Rs2000 per ton, sky rocketing the price to Rs197,000 per ton.
According to details, steel price since beginning of fiscal year is up by Rs45,500 per ton or 30 percent.
On the other hand, scrap price in global market has risen up by 3% to $480 percent. However, since start of fiscal year steel price down by 6%.
