This week, Taiwan's Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., and Walsin Lihwa Corp. will gradually announce their stainless steel prices for July. Despite the current weak market demand, the raw material costs are increasing.

Considering the higher production costs and the impact of exchange rates, Taiwan's main upstream stainless steel mills' prices are expected to be stable or slightly increase, which would stimulate market buying activities.
