POSCO ASSAN TST, the largest producer of stainless steel flat steel products in Turkey, has produced two million tons of stainless steel in the ten years since it started production.

The company’s CEP Jongduk Suh said that the company is proud and happy to produce stainless steel, which was entirely covered by imports ten years ago.

POSCO ASSAN TST was established as a joint venture of South Korean POSCO, Kibar Holding, and Daewoo International in 2011, located in Kocaeli Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone. The plant started production in 2013.
