Ukrainian Zaporizhstal’s pig iron, crude steel, finished steel output hikes in Sep

Zaporizhstal, Ukraine’s fourth-largest steel mill and belongs to the Metinvest group, declared that its pig iron, crude steel, and finished steel output in September totaled about 257,000 tons, 246,000 tons, and 202,000 tons, hiking by 73.1%, 130.7% and 125.8% year on year, respectively.

In the first nine months, Zaporizhstal’s production of pig iron, crude steel, and finished steel amounted to about 1.92 million tons (up by 22.7% year on year), 1.74 million tons (up by 43.9% year on year), and 1.44 million tons (up by 34.4% year on year), respectively.
