US announces preliminary AD ruling on PC strand imports from Malaysia

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administration, indicating prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Malaysia was not sold in the US at prices below normal value during the period of review from November 19, 2020 to May 31, 2022.
The weighted-average dumping margin of Kiswire, Wei Dat Steel Wire, Southern Steel, and Southern PC Steel were assigned 0%.
