According to a notice released by the US International Trade Commission (USITC), the commission determined on April 15 that the cancelation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on imports of welded stainless steel pressure pipe originating in India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time in the US market.

As a result of the USITC’s affirmative determinations, the existing AD and CVD orders on subject products from India will be maintained.
