US postpones preliminary AD determination on common alloy aluminum sheet from 18 countries

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) launched less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations on common alloy aluminum sheets imported from 18 countries, including Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, South Korea, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey.

The original date for the announcement of preliminary determinations was no later than August 17, 2020. However, the date will be postponed based on a timely request submitted by petitioners on July 16, 2020. Therefore, the announcement of the preliminary determinations was postponed to no later than October 6, 2020.
