According to a ruling made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the anti-dumping (AD) duty rate on POSCO’s carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plates was adjusted downward to 0% because the USDOC found no selling prices lower than fair value made by POSCO in the US market during the period of view from May 1, 2018 to April 20, 2019.

If the rate was finalized, the existing final weighted-average dumping margin of 19.87% on POSCO’s carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plates will be replaced.
