US makes preliminary AD ruling on Turkish welded carbon steel standard pipes

After an administrative review, Turkish welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products were sold at prices less than normal in the US market during the period of review from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.

As a result of this review, a 12.03% weighted-average dumping margin was assigned to the mandatory respondent Borusan to the eleven non-selected companies.

Cinar Boru, Noksel Selik, Cayirova, Yucel, Yucelboru, Toscelik Endustrisi A.S., Tosyali Ticaret, and Toscelik Metal were preliminarily found no reviewable transactions during the period of review.
