Vietnam’s AD measure on China’s aluminum profiles to expire after one year

On July 4, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced that the anti-dumping (AD) measure on aluminum profiles originating in China will expire after a year. Within 30 days from the date of this notice, interested parties have the right to submit applications for the sunset review investigation, and the deadline is August 4, 2023.

The current AD duty rate for the subject merchandise is in the range from 2.85% to 35.58%, involving products under HS codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10, and 7604.29.90.
