Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Yieh Phui), a company primarily engaged in the production of galvanized and prepainted steel coils in Taiwan, is preparing to reduce carbon emissions through electric furnace production.

Yieh Phui actively implemented the corporate social responsibility of carbon reduction in the first half of this year. Its engineering business invested about 5,600 tons of electric furnace steel plates, and the coated business invested about 3,700 tons of electric furnace materials, accounting for 81% and 1.01% of the output respectively. The move was to more efficiently reduce carbon emissions of products.

In addition, Yieh Phui continued to promote ISO 50001 Energy management systems. The company completed 20 items of energy-saving management in the first half of this year and actually reduced CO2 emissions by around 1,634.3 tons as of the first half of the year.
