China’s iron ore price index rises on Mar 1

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 616.25 points on March 1, which was down by 0.39% or 2.40 points compared with the previous CIOPI on February 26.
The domestic iron ore price index was 489.35 points, rising by 0.20% or 0.98 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 640.24 points, decreasing by 0.47% or 3.04 points from the previous one.
