Ghana Lands and Natural Resources official optimistic about RUSAL’s investment in Ghana bauxite project

George Mireku Duker, Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources of Ghana, had a meeting with officials of RUSAL. RUSAL expressed its willingness to invest in bauxite in Ghana. After this meeting, RUSAL officials will have an official visit to Ghana on December 6.
George Mireku Duker posted on social media that the meeting was fruitful, and he thought that RUSAL will soon invest in Ghana. Besides, he also said that RUSAL’s settlement in Ghana was expected to lead to the resurrection of Volta Aluminum Company.
