According to the market information, the nickel price on the London Metal Exchange (LME) dropped by 3.7% on a trading day on November 26th, coming to US$19,897/ton.

Among them, the main reason for the decline was the incoming off-season of stainless steel plus the new variant virus, both hitting the market’s expectation of the future stainless steel demand.

On the other hand, many of the investors also believed the Federal Reserve Board would tighten its monetary policy earlier, which also pressured the nickel price in the world.
